Allows you to enable a whitelist, only allowing notifications from whitelisted servers/channels (in servers or DMs)

• Enable or disable the whitelist from the plugin settings.
• Allow or disallow notifications that aren't from messages (e.g. friend requests)
• Add/remove a server/channel from the whitelist from the context menu (right click the server or channel).
• You can clear the whitelist from the plugin settings.
